Coincidentally, Comcast, which owns the film’s distributor Universal Pictures, also owns Focus Features, which is releasing Piece by Piece (2024), an animated documentary made entirely in Lego style and revolving entirely around the life of singer Pharrell Williams , a year earlier, and from whose story and plot this film, Golden (2025), is taken.
