After the events of Batman (2022), Oz Cobb, aka The Penguin, plays the game to take over the reins of Gotham’s underworld. Colin Farrell fought hard to create his version of The Penguin in Batman (2022), but failed.

However, in his own series, the character is portrayed as an occasional smoker who likes cigars. The umbrella falls and the logo changes to the Warner Bros.

"Chaos is not a pit, chaos is a ladder" In the context of Lord Baelish, The Penguin dealt with a ruined Gotham filled with corruption and devastation to provide an ideal and highly fertile environment to build his authority. Continuing with what happened in Batman and the disaster that befell the city, at the beginning I saw one of the most amazing disasters that happened, and the chaos that we see in the appearance of the penguin is nothing more than a sign that the penguin was placed in the right place at the right time to take advantage of the great chaos, and , of course, he is also the right person.
All you have to do to see the work is watch a Batman movie, and that’s more than enough
I don’t have a lot of experience with the comic world or penguin characters, but I had no problem understanding the events and character style.
