As an African American business owner with over sixteen years in business management and consulting, LG Consulting is a business platform that addresses sensitive and critical issues in diversity, inclusion, and tolerance in the workplace. Golliday's passion is to have meaningful conversations about diversity and inclusion and follow through to facilitate cultural change that aligns with the growth of organizations, tolerant cultures, and environments. It is her belief that companies thrive when they embrace inclusivity that represents each diverse background and culture of it's workforce.
